FAQ
1. What is “Seller Delivery” in the invoice?
This is the delivery charge imposed by the seller in Taiwan, for their delivery service to us in Taiwan.
2. Why do I have to make 2 times payment?
This is to be fair to you, we do not want to overcharge you on the shipping cost. We would not know the total weight of all your items until we finally receive them, sometimes there might be out-of-stock items. This way, we make the actual shipping cost transparent to you.
3. Why does it take so long for me to receive my items?
Most of the sellers do not stock-up a lot to save on their cost. They get the factory to produce only when they have orders. Factories can be located in Korea, Hong Kong or China. So it takes them quite long to have the stock ready. Each seller has different waiting time for stocking-up. You may check with the shopping agent for more detailed information.
4. I have waited so long and I have so many items in my order, I’m sure some has arrived. Can you send those to me first?
If you think that it’s taking too long, you may request to split your shipment. But do note that we will re-calculate the shipping charges. The old invoice will be void and new one will be issued to you. You top-up the balance, and we ship those avaible to you first.
5. How long does it take from Taiwan to Singapore?
View here for the delivery time using Taiwan EMS service. It is stated 2-3 working days but please bear in mind there might be unexpected delay due to weather etc. We will provide you the tracking number once your parcel is mailed out. You can track your parcel at both Taiwan and Singapore post website.
6. I’ve received my items, but there are defects. Can I ask for refund?
Nope, no refund. To ensure that you receive them “brand new”, we do not open the packaging and check. We only ensure that the colour, quantity, and Item Code is the same as specified on the invoice. So any defects not apparent to us from outside of packaging, we take no responsibility. If you want us to open and check for you, let us know.
